LabMaster aw (recommended for high aw values)

A professional laboratory instrument for a very precise measurement of aw values (water activity) in foodstuff, drugs, cosmetics, etc..  The temperature of the measurement chamber may be set in the range from 0 to 50°C and kept consistently with an accuracy of +/- 0.2K.
This instrument runs the most used aw measuring technology, the electrolytic resistive principle.  The advantages are appreciated by all users around the world.

LabSwift (recommended for low aw values)

This compact and handy water activity measurement device with optional rechargeble batteries can be easily used for mobile measurement of the important aw value product quality parameter directly at-line.  Its accuracy can be checked at any time using saturated salt standards.  The LabSwift aw is delivered including the accessories in a handy carrying case.

 

MS1 set aW

A handy, easy-to-use, battery operated water activity measurement instrument set.  Its accuracy can be checked at all times with saturated salt solution standards.  The instrument is supplied in a practical plastic case, together with all required accessories.

 

 

MS1 set M

For measurements of somewhat larger material samples, such as granulates, textiles, wood chips, sawdust, tobacco, tealeaves, herbs, potato crisps, biscuits, confectioneries, cereals, coffee beans, etc..
Relative humidity measurements can also be performed if the sensor is open.  The sintered filter provides excellent dust protection.  Set AM or Set AMS are to be preferred for measurements in very large product volumes.

 

 

 

 

MS1 set AMS

A practical, 1000 times-proven precision hand-held measuring instrument ms1 with an aw display for measuring the relative product humidity (aw value) and temperature.  The electrolyte sensor makes it a useful instrument for making very precise humidity measurements in a wide range of food and other materials. 
The instrument and sensor are robust, have excellent long-term stability and are practically hysteresis free.
